Diana comes from an athletic’s background, (200m shorttrack), and discovered that Weightlifting was her favorite sport at the age of 14, in order to become stronger, more table and resilient. Since then she has built up a strong base for herself and gained knowledge about barbell movements and Functional Training. After beating cancer in 2012 she decided to start a 2nd career and trained to become a professional Crossfit, Functional Training Coach, and Personal Trainer because sports is what helped her to overcome
these most challenging times successfully. Since then, she has continued to educate herself over the years to help each client with the right tools to become a better, healthier version of themselves.

Alex is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and CrossFit coach with over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry. Originally from London, UK, he has worked in many different facilities and developed an extensive repertoire of expertise from working with a wide variety of clients.
Alex loves to coach the skills of Olympic Weightlifting and the fundamentals of good movement. He has a strong focus on technique and can communicate these methods in easily understandable ways.
He has a genuine love for working with positive people who are eager to better themselves. For him, training is an enjoyable and social experience, full of sweat, smiles, and energy! When he leads a class, he strives to create an environment that inspires and motivates everyone involved.

She’s been practicing Pilates and Yoga for over 15 years, with a strong emphasis on alignment and functional movement, guiding her clients to overall improved wellbeing and lifestyle awareness.

Shane is a sports and nutrition expert and has been in the fitness industry for over 23 years. He started his journey running health clubs in the US from 1998 to 2007, after which he oversaw the Fitness and Recreational Programs working with the US Military in the Middle East till 2022. Shane has been training people starting out in their fitness journey, as well as high performance individuals, and also leading Core & Abs classes for the past 14 years. Co-owner of Podium Gym CrossFit since 2022, you will benefit from his tremendous set of skills.
